702 - Looking to takeover a retail/commercial business

I am looking to takeover an existing  business in Luxembourg. My background is in finance and operations and I have helped the organizations that I have worked with in the past to grow their businesses.  

My intention is to find a good fit. In terms of area or industry, it must be an area that is interesting to me. These are food or food products, children-related products, pets or animal-related products, school/office supplies, to name a few.  Ideally a business with corporate, retail and online clients. I intend to have active participation in the business, however, it would be ideal if the business already has existing knowledgeable and reliable personnel who have been with the business for some time. Most importantly, there should be a possibility to grow the existing business.
